Sun-dried Tomato and Herb Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling, but do not boil.

2. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, and stir until melted. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and basil, and season with salt and pepper.

3. Remove from heat and serve.
