Pot Roast (Slow Cooker)

4-5 lb beef roast
oil
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can beef broth

Brown the roast on all sides, then put the roast in the slow cooker. Add the packet of onion soup and can of beef broth. Set to low and let cook for 8-10 hours. Yummy!
